Covid-19 Outbreak Special Notice

Due to the recent Covid-19 situation, please expect delays of receiving parcels for all types of shipping method. Standard Shipping in general takes up to 60 working days for delivery. In the event where we are unable to dispatch orders to some countries due to the outbreak, we will notify our customers through email.

Customs Tax & Import Duties is not responsible for any customs tax or import duty fees upon your parcel’s arrival in the destination country. Customers may also incur other charges, such as administrative or brokerage fees. The handling charges may be applied due to customs clearance of your shipment that are not related to us in any way.

Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service directly upon delivery of the shipment, if necessary.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you need to return something to us, we offer free returns within 90 days of receiving the product -- no questions asked!

Exchanging of delivered items are only possible if the lenses remain sealed and unopened. Drop us an email at to initiate your exchange request. 

Kindly note that customers will need to bear the return postage costs. Any refund or exchange processes will commence only after we receive the returned parcel. 

We highly suggest customers to use a registered courier service for proof of dispatch as we are not responsible for any items that get lost en-route.
