Once we have dispatched the items to our courier service, we have no control whatsoever over what happens to it. As such, situations that may occur such as postal strikes, shipping delays, customs processing etc are all beyond our control and we are unable to be held responsible for it.

Having said that, we will do our utmost best to help solve any issues that may occur and where applicable or necessary, issue full refunds/replacements.


Customs Tax & Import Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs tax or import duties upon items arrival in destination country. In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment and are not related to us in any way.

Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment, if necessary.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Don’t think your order is right for you? No worries! Cosobox offers free returns within 90 days upon delivery date– no questions asked! Our return policy covers the following:

Replacement for a wrong or defective item sent - If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item, we'll get your replacement covered. You will need to initiate for a return request in the Orders page under your Account Management. There will be instructions to guide you on how to proceed with the replacement / refunds request procedures. Alternatively, drop us an email at

Exchange your item for different model/color/prescription - If you decide to do so, please ensure that the lenses are still sealed and unopened. Just drop us an email at to initiate your request. We are more than happy to help you to get the right lenses for you. However, customers will need to bear the postage costs to return the lenses back to us. We are unable to process the refund / exchange until we have received the lenses. We highly suggest customers to use registered post or similar service for proof of dispatch as we cannot be responsible if the lenses are lost en-route.
